Them Crooked Vultures is a new act formed by Dave Grohl (Foo Fighters , Nirvana) , Josh Homme (Queens of the Stone Age , Kuyss) and John Paul Jones (Led Zepplin).
The music direction is similar to a dark, gothic / punk Led Zepplin. The band creates a blusy/progressive sond by plating odd rhythm changes and using unusual time signatures.
The band is loud and fast with some of the best of Dave's drumming with driving bass from John Paul and Josh's exotic guitar riffs the overall mix of music creates new original sound.

You know I am actually tempted. But unfortunately everytime I see a vulture [especially those playing instruments] I always feel that there should be a Beatles influence there somewhere. Thank you Disney's 'The Jungle Book'!
